Operational Details
Manufactured items are semi medium metal products, using canvas, cloth and other materials. Canopies for store fronts, in addition to protecting patrons from the sun, also doubles as an outdoor advertising medium. The canopies may also be used indoors in shopping malls. A major component is tubular steel which is welded, brazed, bolted or screwed together and covered with vinyl, plastic, canvas or cloth materials.


Hang gliders are made, using a similar process to the above. Tubing is bent or molded into the required shape, according to the design and assembled, attaching various materials used for flying purposes. Ultra light aircraft are also manufactured using the same process, however, an engine is installed in the specially built framework. Incidentally, the manufacturer, many test the ultra light to ensure it meets specifications.

Welding machines, cutters, cut off saws, drill presses, bending tables, industrial sewing machines, and various hand tools are used in the manufacturing process. A floor crane or a truck mounted cherry picker may be used to assist in lifting or moving the manufactured goods.
