Sign up for direct deposit to receive automatic payments. To receive your payment, fill out a direct deposit form and send it to the WCB by email or by fax.

How to view WCB documents online

You are able to access WCB letters and documents by logging into your WCB online account.

You will also receive an email once per day if you have any unread messages.

You will be able to view documents posted online if:

You are the administrator of your firm’s WCB online account.
You used your WCB online account since Jan. 1, 2019.
Your first name, last name and email address in your WCB online account match what the WCB has on file in our system.
You have a role of executive, mayor, owner, partner, president or vice-president in the WCB system.
