What is self-monitoring?
Self-monitoring should be practiced for a minimum of 14 days where you meet any of the symptoms, travel-related or exposure criteria referenced in the Government of Saskatchewan self-assessment tool.

What is self-isolation/quarantine?
Isolation and quarantine should be imposed if you meet any of the travel related or exposure criteria referenced in WCB’s information and materials as requiring a period of self-isolation or self-quarantine.
Please refer to the Saskatchewan government’s self-isolation information to understand more about what is required of individuals during a required period of self-isolation.
