Employers offer a wide range of fixed dairy equipment and components to dairy farmers. Included are automatic stall cleaners (manure removal system), automatic feeding systems, stainless steel tubing for automatic watering and cleaning purposes, stainless steel holding tanks for milk production and accessories needed in a dairy operation.

Diary equipment suppliers who install may also have a store front or display centre where the range of products they handle can be shown to the customer. Maintenance and servicing of the equipment sold is usually limited to replacement of the defective parts and returning them to the manufacturer. Once the warranty is off, components are replaced through a service call. Upgrades of an existing system, or renovations may be undertaken on a contract basis.
