Regina, Sask., July 28, 2025 – In the months of July and August, the Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) will be conducting an accessibility survey with customers to gather feedback on their experiences with accessibility while interacting with the WCB.

The Government of Saskatchewan has introduced the Accessible Saskatchewan Act as a part of its commitment to identifying, removing and preventing accessibility barriers for individuals who work at or access government facilities, programs and services. Under the Accessibility Act, the WCB is developing its plan.

We are interested to hear about your experience with accessibility at the WCB. This information will be used to develop the accessibility plan.

The WCB may contact you by email for this survey between July 28 and August 11.

Please be aware that the WCB will never ask for personal information such as a claim number, bank information, payment status, SIN or any other personal identification or financial information when conducting customer research.

If you have any questions about whether a call or email was legitimate, please do not hesitate to contact our office at surveysupport@wcbsask.com or 1.800.667.7590.
