Operational Details
Glass itself is formed by fusing sand with soda and lime under pressure and heat. Glass beads are formed by pouring a hot glass substance onto a screening machine that forces pellets to develop. They are then dropped into a hopper where they are cooled, then stored in bulk or in a variety of containers. The beads have many uses, including handicraft or hobby type projects. They also have commercial applications in the manufacture of windows, etc.
