Operational Details
The type of equipment installed ranges from steam tables fabricated from stainless steel, to stainless tubing installation for heating the steam table, walk-in freezers, coolers, fridges, stove and baking units, ovens, commercial dish washers, tubs, etc.

Often the equipment is set into place with the exception of some of the fixed equipment that must be wired with 220 or 110W wiring. Often an electrician accompanies the installation crew. Refrigeration mechanics and plumbers also are involved in the installation.

The equipment is installed in newly developed or renovated restaurants. Cafeteria equipment is found in commercial buildings, or in areas where there is a large number of people employed.
