How to pay premiums

To check your balance or due dates, log in to your WCB online account. With a WCB online account, you can view your current balance owing and sign up for ebill notifications, which will send you an email whenever you have a new bill. This ensures you never miss a payment with WCB.

What you’ll need to make a payment:

  • Your firm’s name
  • Your WCB firm number

With ebill, you’ll receive instant notifications about your account, helping you avoid mailing delays and stay ahead of your payments.

Use the steps below on how to sign up for ebill on your WCB online account.

1. Log in to your WCB online account.

Use this link to log in.

2. Go to "Employers" and select "update account."

Go to "Employers" and select "update account."

3. Opt in to receive ebill notifications.

Here you are able to toggle the option and enroll to receive ebill notifications. 

4. Confirm your email address.

Confirm your email address to receive notifications about new bills directly in your inbox.

Payment options:

1. By credit card

There is a minimum payment of $5 and a maximum of $10,000 per payment period.

2. Through your bank’s online or telephone banking service

(Payee is Sask Workers Compensation)

3. By phone with a credit card

Call the WCB’s employer services department at 306.787.4370 or toll-free at 1.800.667.7590. *

4. By mail

Payment must be received in our office by the due date. Please ensure adequate time for processing.

5. In person:

Visit our Regina office at 200-1881 Scarth St. or our Saskatoon office at 115 24th St. E.

6. Create a WCB online account:

A WCB online account allows employers to pay premiums, submit annual payroll information, request clearances and letters of good standing and view injury cost information.

 

Employers who are experiencing difficulty paying premiums on time may contact the collections team (collections@wcbsask.com) to request alternate payment arrangements.
